Full-service grant and fund development for nonprofits doing essential work in health, mental health, environment, housing, workforce development, and education.
Grant research is the most time-consuming part of the process, and it is usually the first thing that gets pushed aside. We take it off your plate. After a short questionnaire about your programs and priorities, we research and qualify 8 to 12 well-matched funders, the ones whose giving history and priorities genuinely line up with your work. You receive them in a grant calendar with deadlines, contact information, and application links, delivered as a single PDF your team can act on right away.
Purchase Grant ResearchWe develop your grant proposals from start to finish, for federal, state, foundation, and corporate funders. That covers the funding strategy, the narrative, the budget and justification, and the required attachments, all assembled into a complete application that is ready to go to the funder. We build each application around your programs, your data, and what the funder is actually looking for, and we track the deadlines and requirements so nothing slips in the final week before a proposal is due.
A master grant application built specifically for your organization that your team reuses for every funder. We develop your core narratives, budget framework, logic models, and standard attachments once, organized in a single system, so each new proposal starts from a strong, consistent foundation instead of a blank page. It keeps your organization's story and data in one place, which means faster turnarounds, more consistent applications, and far less depending on any one staff person to carry it all in their head.
Once an award comes in, we manage it so it stays compliant and in good standing. We handle progress and financial reporting, budget-to-actual tracking, drawdowns and modifications, and communication with your program officer, and we keep the documentation organized through closeout and any audit. This is steady, behind-the-scenes support for organizations carrying several active awards at once, where a late report or an out-of-line budget can put the next year of funding at risk.
Fund Development in Reach is our Launch and Level Up program, where we serve as your outsourced development team and build the fundraising operation alongside your staff and board. We start where you are, with an honest look at your current fundraising, finances, and organizational footing, then build the plan from there. The work includes diversified revenue planning, individual donor development and pipelines, major gifts, appeals and campaigns, and board engagement. If you are standing up a development function for the first time, we launch it with you. If you have outgrown the systems you have, we level them up. Either way, the goal is funding that holds steady well beyond any single grant.
Financial support for organizations managing grant funds. We are not your auditor, your accountant, or your tax preparer. We are the team that gets you ready for all three.
A focused review of your financial health, built from your last three years of financials. We look at liquidity, reserves, operating results, spending ratios, and how dependent you are on any single funder, measure each against nonprofit benchmarks, and translate what we find into plain language for your leadership and board. You come away knowing where you are strong, where you are exposed, and what to address first. This is advisory work. We are not your auditor, accountant, or tax preparer, and it does not replace any of them.
Audits go faster and cost less when everything is organized before fieldwork starts. We get your financial records, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation in order ahead of your audit, so your staff is not buried in document requests and you avoid the extra hours and fees that come from showing up unprepared. We can do this whether or not we wrote your grants.
We train your staff and board in the skills that keep funding coming in: grant development, fundraising, financial management, and board governance, with practical AI tools built into the sessions where they save real time. Training is scoped to your team's experience level and delivered as live workshops with materials they keep, whether you need one focused session or a series across the organization.

"Nichole is excellent to work with! As a small nonprofit that provides information and resources to Seniors, Caregivers and Professionals regardless of income level, RI Elder Info sometimes finds it challenging to find funding that fits. Nichole was able to locate grants that were not well known that fund in the areas that RI Elder Info works in. She was able to identify functions that RI Elder Info could restructure to create stronger grant proposals that could potentially be funded in the future. Her professional insight was invaluable and she was excellent to work with! I highly recommend her!"

Nichole Albanese, MPA, GPC, brings more than twenty years of experience helping nonprofit organizations and purpose-driven businesses increase revenue, streamline systems, build strong teams, and create socially responsible programs. A seasoned grant professional with command of the full grant lifecycle, she has written and secured millions in federal funding across agencies including HUD, SAMHSA, HRSA, the Economic Development Administration, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Commerce, along with state, municipal, private foundation, and corporate grants. She does not stop at the award. She builds the systems that keep funding compliant, reported, and renewable, which is why organizations return to her cycle after cycle.
As a former director of development, she led funding initiatives for a voluntary healthcare foundation and for an agency running a homeless shelter, an after-school program, a food pantry, and mental health and substance use disorder programs. That frontline experience shapes how she works today, because she understands the operational reality behind every budget line, not just the proposal.
Nichole is a member and past chapter president of the Grant Professionals Association, and she earned her Grant Professional Certified (GPC) credential in 2023. She is certified in Mental Health First Aid, which strengthens her work with the behavioral health and human services organizations she serves, and she holds a certification in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning.
